Dear BiyaPay Users,

Due to the increased minimum cost of small USD withdrawals via bank channels to 75 USD, we are making the following adjustments to the fiat withdrawal fee rates for amounts below 10,000 USD:

  1. The first minimum withdrawal fee is 20 USD.
  2. Subsequent minimum withdrawal fees are 100 USD.
  3. The withdrawal fee rate for amounts of 10,000 USD and above remains unchanged at 1%.

This rule is effective immediately.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the fee rate adjustment due to the increased minimum cost of 75 USD for small bank wire withdrawals. We will continue to offer new users the benefit of a one-time minimum withdrawal fee of 20 USD. In the future, we plan to add more diverse electronic wallet or cash withdrawal channels such as PayPal, Skrill, WebMoney, and AdvCash to reduce the costs of small USD withdrawals. Please stay tuned!
