Biya Global Limited is a New Zealand registered entity. It holds valid FSP registration (Registration number FSP1007221) on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 and is subject to supervision by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA).

The Company is registered as a Financial Service Provider (FSP) on the New Zealand Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR). In accordance with its registered financial service activities and applicable New Zealand financial and anti-money laundering regulations, the Company operates a technology-enabled financial services platform, providing clients with account opening assistance and related technical support services, while connecting with globally regulated and licensed brokerage firms to facilitate access to international securities investment opportunities.
Securities trading, asset custody, fund settlement and clearing services, which require specific financial licenses, are independently provided and performed by licensed financial institutions in the respective jurisdictions. Such regulated activities are conducted under the supervision of the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
