1.The order status is [Under Review]: You can cancel the remittance order by yourself, and then fill in the message again and submit the remittance.

2.Order status is [Accepted] or [Additional Information]: Please contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to confirm whether you can cancel the remittance and add a message.

3.The order status is [Dispatched]: you cannot cancel or add a message at this time, and the remittance will continue.
