How long does it take for the money to arrive after I submit the remittance?

After you submit the remittance, we will accept your order as soon as possible, basically on the same day (working days) to the account, your remittance arrival time depends on the following 4 aspects:

1.Country and currency of remittance

The currency of each country or region is different, the general country or local currency arrival speed, such as to the United States bank account remittance of U.S. dollars, Singapore bank account remittance of Singapore dollars, Hong Kong bank account remittance of Hong Kong dollars, the basic will be the same day (working days) to the account; if you use a non-country or region of the currency, the arrival speed will be relatively slower, such as to the U.S. bank account remittance of Singapore dollars If you use a currency other than your country or region, the arrival speed will be relatively slow, for example, if you remit Singapore dollars to a U.S. bank account, U.S. dollars to a Singapore bank account, or U.S. dollars to a Hong Kong bank account, it will basically arrive on the same day or the next day (working day).

2.Payment Methods

When you bind the bank account, it will show the time of remittance arrival for different payment methods, such as the time limit of the U.S. SWIFT is 1 to 3 working days, the time limit of ABA is 0 to 1 working day, and the time limit of ACH is 0 to 1 working day.

3.Business hours

We and the bank can only accept your remittance order during working hours and business hours, the business hours of the bank in each country or region are different, but generally you submit the remittance order before 5:00 p.m. Singapore time, we will remit to you on the same day, otherwise the probability will be the next working day to remit to you, if you encounter a Saturday or Sunday or the legal holidays of the country in which the remittance is sent to your remittance time will also be extended. If there is a Saturday or a holiday in the country where you send the money, the time for your money transfer to arrive at the account will be extended.

4.Bank Audit

The speed of remittance arrival also depends on the bank’s processing speed of your funds, if the bank audit is prolonged, your remittance arrival time will also be extended, and we can not confirm when the money will arrive in the account, need to be processed by the bank of your recipient.
