Remittance sent: Once the remittance has been sent, the receiving account info cannot be modified to the bank.
Unremitted: If the remittance has not been sent, you can choose to cancel the remittance or contact customer service to request cancellation. Then, you can re-fill in the correct receiving account info and submit the remittance again.
