If you find that the payee information is incorrect after submitting the remittance order, you can take the following steps:
1.The order status is [Under Review]: You can cancel the remittance order and resubmit it after correcting the wrong information.
2.Order status is [Accepted] or [Additional Information]: Please contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to confirm whether you can cancel the remittance order for correction.
3.Order status is [Remitted]: You cannot cancel or modify the remittance at this time, you can only wait for the funds to be returned.
