When recharging digital currency, you may occasionally encounter situations where the recharge does not arrive.

Digital currency 24 hours can be submitted to transfer orders, transfer audit time for Singapore time 8:00-24:00 every day, more than this time, will be audited during working hours.

Click on the remittance page in the upper left corner of the official website.

After logging in, click [My Assets] in the upper left corner of the official website. On the [Overview] page, click [Transfer] - [Bank Account Recharge (Fiat Currency)]

There are two ways to transfer fiat currency, and there is no difference in the amount credited to the account.

Open the app homepage, click on [Transfer] - [Bank Account Recharge (Fiat)], for example, select the currency [USD].

For the specific supported currencies, you can view them by clicking [Actual Remittance] on the remittance page.

At present, it supports the remittance of more than 30 fiat currencies: US dollar (USD), Hong Kong dollar (HKD), Swedish krona (SEK), Singapore dollar (SGD), Thai baht (THB), etc.

Fiat currency supports US dollars, Hong Kong dollars and other deposits. The specific recharge currency is subject to the official website or App display.
