1.What is a transfer out

Transfer out refers to the transfer of fiat and digital currency assets from BiyaPay to banks and other digital currency platforms.

**How to transfer digital currency **

1. Open the app homepage, click on the “Overview” page, click on “Transfer Out” - "On-chain Withdrawal (Digital Currency) ", for example, choose the currency [USDT].
   
2. Select a withdrawal network, such as [USDT-TRC20] - Enter the withdrawal address and withdrawal amount, click Confirm, and enter the email verification code or Biya verification code.
   
   Note: When choosing a withdrawal network, other exchanges or wallets [deposit/recharge networks] should be consistent with the network that BiyaPay transfers out of, such as USDT-TRC20, otherwise the coins will be lost.
3. On the withdrawal address page, click the withdrawal record icon in the upper right corner to view the corresponding withdrawal progress.
   
   Note: Some currencies require labeling, such as XRP or EOS. The label (MEMO) to be filled in will be marked above the withdrawal address, usually a string of numbers. When withdrawing these currencies, the withdrawal address and label must be filled in, otherwise the coins will be lost.

**How to transfer fiat currency **
There are two ways to transfer fiat currency, and there is no difference in the amount credited to the account. Taking the transfer of USD as an example
First way

2. [Remittance] page, choose to remit USD, actually remit USD, select the payee’s account, enter the email verification code or Biya verification code to withdraw.

   How to transfer out via email account
   Email account transfer refers to the transfer of your BiyaPay account assets to another user’s BiyaPay account using your own BiyaPay account and registering an email with another user’s BiyaPay account.
   Open the app homepage, go to the “Overview” page, click “Transfer Out” - “Email Account Transfer”, enter the other party’s account (their BiyaPay registered email address), and their BiyaPay account will receive the assets you transferred in real time.

Fiat currency supports more than 20 types of transfers such as US dollars, Hong Kong dollars, and Singapore dollars.

1. When the withdrawal amount of fiat currency is between 200USD and 2000USD, the withdrawal fee is 20USD;
   When the withdrawal amount of fiat currency is greater than 2000 USD, the withdrawal fee is 1%, and the minimum fee is 0.5%.
   The fee for withdrawing other fiat currencies is the same as the fee for withdrawing equivalent US dollars

   There is no handling fee for transferring fiat currency between BiyaPay wallets through registered email.
   Withdrawal of digital currency fees
   Withdrawing digital currency will incur on-chain transaction fees. The on-chain transaction fees for digital currencies of different protocols are different. For example, currently using the TRC20 protocol to withdraw USDT, a single on-chain transaction fee of 1 USDT will be charged; using the ERC20 protocol to withdraw USDT, a single on-chain transaction fee of 10 USDT will be charged. You can check the on-chain transaction fees of other digital currencies in the app. The on-chain transaction fees may change due to network congestion.
   There is no handling fee for transferring digital currency between BiyaPay wallets through registered email addresses.

It will be credited to the account on the same day. If the withdrawal time is too late or encounters bank review, it usually takes one to three working days to arrive.
2. Withdrawal time of digital currency
Withdrawing digital currency requires manual review, which takes several minutes to half an hour. After the review is passed, the arrival time of different digital currencies varies and is affected by various factors such as protocol type, market fluctuations, transaction congestion, transaction fees, platform review time, etc. The arrival time of different USDT protocols is as follows:

**6.Transfer the minimum amount **
Different fiat currency withdrawal minimum amount is different, after selecting the withdrawal account, you can see the minimum withdrawal amount on the remittance page, such as USD is 200, HKD is 2000, the minimum transfer amount may change, the actual minimum amount displayed on the app page shall prevail.

Digital currency due to different currencies, different protocols, the minimum withdrawal amount will have a large difference, such as TRC20 protocol USDT minimum withdrawal amount of 10, ERC20 protocol USDT minimum withdrawal amount of 20, the rest of the currency will not be described one by one, please check by yourself, the minimum transfer amount may change, the actual minimum amount displayed on the app page shall prevail.

There is no minimum limit for transferring email accounts

7.Transfer out BiyaPay acceptance time

Fiat currency transfer orders can be submitted at any time, and fiat currency transfer orders are accepted from 9am to 5pm on Singapore working days.
Digital currency can submit transfer orders 24 hours a day, and the transfer review time is 8:00-24:00 Singapore time every day. After the review is passed, the chain will automatically arrive. Due to different currencies, different protocols, and different congestion situations on the chain, the withdrawal time of digital currency is not the same. For example, the USDT withdrawal time of the TRC20 protocol takes several seconds to several minutes, and the USDT withdrawal time of the ERC20 protocol takes several minutes to dozens of minutes.
The email can be transferred out 24 hours a day, and the transfer will be credited to the account in real time.

8.What should I do if the transfer cannot be credited to my account?

1. The withdrawal of fiat currency cannot be credited to the account.
The money will be credited to the account on the same day. If the withdrawal time is too late or the bank reviews it, it usually takes one to three working days to arrive. If the money has not arrived by the third working day, please contact BiyaPay customer service to check the progress of the remittance.
2. Digital currency withdrawal does not arrive
Withdrawing digital currency requires manual review, which takes a few minutes to half an hour. If the account has not been received after half an hour, it will not be credited.

Open the app homepage, go to the “Overview” page, click “Forward” - "On-chain Withdrawal (Digital Currency) ", click “Withdrawal” in the upper right corner of the page, enter the “Order Details” page, and view the on-chain deposit, withdrawal, and transfer records.

Email account transfer record
Open the app homepage, on the “Overview” page, click “Transfer Out” - “Email Account Transfer”, click “Record” in the upper right corner of the “Transfer” page, enter the “Order Details” page, and view the email transfer out record.

10.After the transfer, can it be credited to the account immediately?

The transfer of fiat currency will generally arrive on the same day (working day). The bank remittance usually arrives within one to three working days. If it has not arrived on the third working day, please contact your BiyaPay customer service to check the progress of the remittance.
