Fiat currency transfer orders can be submitted at any time, and the acceptance time for fiat currency transfer orders is from 9am to 5pm on Singapore working days.
Digital currencies can be submitted for transfer orders 24 hours a day. The transfer review time is 8:00-24:00 Singapore time every day. After the review is passed, the chain will be automatically credited to the account. Due to different currencies, protocols, and congestion situations on the chain, the withdrawal time of digital currencies is also different. For example, the withdrawal time of USDT in TRC20 protocol takes several seconds to several minutes, and the withdrawal time of USDT in ERC20 protocol takes several minutes to dozens of minutes.
