To process your feedback more efficiently, BiyaPay provides different feedback type options in feedback. Please select the type that best matches your problem or suggestion, which will help the platform understand your needs faster and process them.
Currently supported feedback types include: Feature Suggestions, Bug Reports, Others.
1. Feature Suggestions
When you have improvement ideas for product features, page design or usage processes, you can choose "Feature Suggestions".
Applicable to the following scenarios:
Hope to add a certain function or tool
Have optimization suggestions for the usage process of existing functions
Propose improvement suggestions for page layout and interactive experience
When submitting feature suggestions, it is recommended to describe your usage scenarios and expected effects in detail to facilitate product team evaluation and optimization.
Bug Reports
When you encounter problems such as function abnormalities, page errors or operation failures during use, please select "Bug Reports".
Applicable to the following scenarios:
Pages cannot load normally or display abnormally
Function operations are unresponsive or report errors
Data display does not match reality
When submitting bug reports, it is recommended to provide specific operation steps, abnormal performance, and upload relevant screenshots to help the technical team quickly locate and fix problems.
Others
If your feedback content does not belong to the above two categories, you can choose "Others".
Applicable to the following scenarios:
Questions or suggestions during use
Problems that are uncertain whether to classify as feature suggestions or bugs
Other matters that need feedback
After selecting "Others", please try to clearly describe your problem or idea, and the platform will process accordingly based on the content.
