How to provide feedback on the APP
If you encounter problems while using BiyaPay or have suggestions for function optimization, you can submit them to the platform through the feedback function. The following is the operation guide to enter the feedback page.
Step 1: Enter Personal Center
Open BiyaPay App, click the avatar icon in the upper left corner of the homepage to enter the Personal Center page.
Step 2: Enter Feedback
In the Personal Center page, slide down the menu, find and click "Feedback" to enter the feedback page.
After entering, you can select feedback type, fill in feedback content, and upload relevant pictures as needed.
Tips
Feedback is mainly used to collect user suggestions and problems. Some feedback may take some time to process.
If you encounter urgent problems or situations that affect normal use, it is recommended to contact online customer service first for help.
