How to Transfer Funds to a Futures Account

In futures trading, different contracts correspond to different settlement currencies.

For example:

Trading the 【Dow Jones Index 2512】 futures requires USD;

Trading the 【Hang Seng Index】 futures requires HKD.

If you directly use USD to trade futures that require HKD (such as the Hang Seng Index), the system will mortgage your USD and borrow HKD, which will incur interest costs.

Therefore, before trading futures, please make sure to confirm the settlement currency required for the futures contract, and use the 【Quick Exchange】 feature to convert other assets into the corresponding fiat currency to avoid additional interest expenses. After the quick exchange, transfer the funds to the 【Futures Account】

How to Transfer Funds to a Futures Account on the App:

You can transfer funds from your funding account to your futures account through the "Transfer" function. Follow these steps:

1. Click [Assets] in the App's bottom navigation bar

2. Select [Futures] at the top of the assets page

3. Click the [Transfer] button in the middle

4. On the transfer page, select:

From: Funding Account

To: Futures Account

Select the currency (such as USD)

Enter the transfer amount or click [Maximum]

1. After confirming, click [Transfer] to complete the transfer

After a successful transfer, your futures account balance will be updated in real-time and can be used immediately for opening positions.

1. On the [My Assets] - [Futures] page, click [Transfer].
