How to conduct fractional share trading on the APP
After opening the BiyaPay App, click "Trade" in the bottom navigation bar to enter the trading page. At the top of the trading page, select "US Stocks" and enter the details page of any stock that supports fractional share trading.
1. How to enable and use fractional share trading?
On the stock order page, confirm that the current trading market is US Stocks. In the order area, you can see the quantity input box, with the default unit being "shares".
When a stock supports fractional share trading, the system allows you to enter quantities less than 1 share, such as 0.1 shares, 0.01 shares, etc. The minimum order unit will be clearly displayed on the page. You can directly enter the number of fractional shares you want to buy based on your funds, and the system will automatically calculate the corresponding estimated transaction amount.
2. Features of fractional share trading
Fractional share trading is suitable for novice users with smaller capital, who wish to build positions in batches or try high-priced stocks. Through the fractional share function, you don't need to wait until you have enough funds to buy whole shares, and can also participate in market trading.
It should be noted that the transaction price, trading time, and trading rules of fractional share trading are consistent with whole share trading, and whether the transaction is actually completed is subject to market matching results.
3. Warm reminder
Not all stocks support fractional share trading; whether it is supported is subject to the specific stock page display. If you cannot enter decimal quantities during the order process, it means that the stock does not currently support the fractional share function.
