If the order status is [Under Review], you can cancel the remittance yourself in the remittance record; if the order status is [Accepted] and [Supplementary Information], you can contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to see if the remittance can be cancelled; if the order status is [Remitted], the remittance cannot be cancelled.
