Why was my remittance order cancelled?
How to view the reason for remittance order cancellation on App:
If the remittance order is cancelled, you can click the [Message Center] in the upper right corner of the APP to view the cancellation reason, or check your registered email to see if the customer service email has sent you an email explaining the remittance cancellation reason.
How to view the reason for remittance order cancellation on Web:
If the remittance order is cancelled, you can click the [Message Center] in the upper right corner of the APP to view the cancellation reason, or check your registered email to see if the customer service email has sent you an email explaining the remittance cancellation reason.
1. Click the avatar in the upper right corner of the webpage to enter the [Message Center] page, and click the rejected notification in [System Notification].
2. The rejection reason will be displayed on the pop-up page.
