If you find that you forgot to fill in the remittance message after submitting the remittance order, you can follow the following steps:
Order status is [Under Review]: You can cancel the remittance order yourself, then refill the message and submit the remittance.
Order status is [Accepted] or [Supplementary Information]: Please contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to confirm whether the remittance can be cancelled to add the message.
Order status is [Remitted]: At this time, the message cannot be cancelled or added, and the remittance will continue.
