After you submit the remittance, we will process your order as soon as possible, and it will basically arrive on the same day (working day). The arrival time of your remittance depends on the following 4 aspects
1. Country and currency of remittance
Each country or region has different currencies. Generally, local or domestic currency arrives quickly. For example, if you remit US dollars to a US bank account, Singapore dollars to a Singapore bank account, or Hong Kong dollars to a Hong Kong bank account, it will basically arrive on the same day (working day); If you use a currency that is not from the country or region, the arrival speed will be relatively slow. For example, if you remit Singapore dollars to a US bank account, US dollars to a Singapore bank account, or US dollars to a Hong Kong bank account, it will basically arrive on the same day or the next day (working day).
2. Payment method
When you bind your bank account, it will display the arrival time of different payment methods. For example, the time for US SWIFT is 1 to 3 working days, ABA is 0 to 1 working day, and ACH is 0 to 1 working day

3. Working hours
We and the bank can only process your remittance order during working hours and business hours. The business hours of banks in each country or region are different, but in general, if you submit a remittance order before 5 pm Singapore time, we will remit it for you on the same day, otherwise it is likely to be remitted on the next working day. If you encounter weekends or legal holidays in the country where you remit money, your remittance arrival time will also be extended.
4. Bank review
The speed of remittance arrival also depends on the speed at which the bank processes your funds. If the bank review is extended, your remittance arrival time will also be extended, and we cannot confirm when the payment will arrive. It needs to be processed by your payee's bank.
