How to view the fee center on APP
First, open the BiyaPay App, click your avatar in the upper right corner of the homepage to enter the personal center page.
After entering the personal center, scroll down to find and click "Fee Center". Here you can find fee descriptions for various platform services, including stocks, futures, spot and contracts.
At the top of the fee center page, switch to the "Stocks" category and select the specific market type you want to view, such as US stocks or Hong Kong stocks. The page will clearly display the corresponding market trading commissions, platform service fees, settlement fees and related instructions, so that you can fully understand the costs before trading.
If you have questions about a certain fee rule, or the actual deduction does not match your expectations, you can also contact online customer service through the customer service entrance at the bottom of the page for consultation.
How to view the fee center on Web?
On the BiyaPay Web side, the fee center is used to centrally display the handling fees, margins and related fee rules of various trading products. You can understand the transaction costs in advance through the fee center and reasonably plan trading operations.
Step 1: Enter the fee center entrance
Open the BiyaPay official website and log in to your account.
In the navigation bar at the top of the page, click "More".
In the drop-down menu, select "Fee Center" to enter the fee center page.
Step 2: Select business type
After entering the fee center, you can see different business category labels at the top of the page, including: stocks, futures, spot, contracts, remittances.
Click the corresponding category to view the fee description under the business.
Step 3: View specific fee information
In the selected business category, the page will display the corresponding fee details, such as:
Transaction fees, platform service fees, clearing or settlement related fees, margin or other fee descriptions.
You can switch different categories to view related fee rules according to your trading needs.
