What are the fees for cryptocurrency withdrawal?

For example, currently withdrawing USDT via the TRC20 protocol charges an on-chain fee of 1 USDT per transaction; withdrawing USDT via the ERC20 protocol charges an on-chain fee of 10 USDT per transaction.
