How to withdraw on-chain?
How to Transfer Digital Currency on the App:
- Open the App homepage, tap [Withdraw] — [On-Chain Withdrawal (Digital Currency)], for example, select the currency [USDT].
- Select the withdrawal network, for example, [USDT-TRC20] — enter the withdrawal address and amount, tap Confirm, then enter the email verification code or Biya verification code.
Note: When selecting the withdrawal network, the deposit/recharge network on the other exchange or wallet must match the network used by BiyaPay for withdrawal, for example, both should be USDT-TRC20; otherwise, the funds will be lost.
- On the [Withdrawal] address page, tap the withdrawal record icon at the top right corner to view the corresponding withdrawal progress.
Note: Some tokens require a tag, such as XRP or EOS. The required tag (MEMO) will be indicated above the withdrawal address, usually a string of numbers. When withdrawing these tokens, you must fill in both the withdrawal address and the tag; otherwise, the funds will be lost.
