Feedback Type Description

To process your feedback more efficiently, BiyaPay provides different feedback type options in the feedback section. Please select the type that best matches your issue or suggestion, which will help the platform understand your needs faster and process them accordingly.

Currently supported feedback types include: Feature Suggestions, Bug Reports, and Others.

1. Feature Suggestions

When you have ideas for improving product features, page design, or usage flow, you can select "Feature Suggestions".

Applicable scenarios:
1. Hoping to add a new feature or tool
2. Having optimization suggestions for the current feature usage flow
3. Suggesting improvements for page layout or interaction experience

When submitting feature suggestions, it is recommended to describe your usage scenario and expected results in detail to facilitate evaluation and optimization by the product team.

2. Bug Reports

When you encounter functional abnormalities, page errors, or operation failures during use, please select "Bug Reports".

Applicable scenarios:
1. Page fails to load properly or displays abnormally
2. Function operation has no response or reports errors
3. Data display does not match actual situation

When submitting bug reports, it is recommended to provide specific operation steps, abnormal performance, and upload relevant screenshots to help the technical team quickly locate and fix the problem.

3. Others

If your feedback does not fall into the above two categories, you can select "Others".

Applicable scenarios:
1. Questions or suggestions during use
2. Issues that are uncertain to be categorized as feature suggestions or bugs
3. Other matters that need feedback

After selecting "Others", please try to clearly describe your problem or idea, and the platform will process it accordingly.

Tips for Submitting Feedback
