BiyaPay Promotion Ambassador is a role with important responsibilities and influence, but under certain circumstances, the ambassador status may be revoked. Here are some situations that may result in cancellation of your Promotional Ambassador status:
Violation of platform rules and policies
Improper Conduct: Including but not limited to fraud, false advertising, misleading information, etc. Promotion Ambassadors should always promote the BiyaPay platform honestly and fairly.
Terms of Use Violation: Failure to comply with BiyaPay’s Terms of Use and Service Policies, including Privacy Policy, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy.
Failure to meet performance requirements (modified)
Performance Assessment: Within 1 month after being certified as a KOL, if the number of invited users is less than 5, the KOL qualification will be cancelled.
Insufficient activity: Long-term inactivity, no effective promotional activities, or no new users and transactions.
Abuse of promotion ambassador status
Multiple Account Operations: Using multiple accounts for self-referral or other forms of abuse.

Violation of laws and regulations
Legal Issues: Involving any violation of local or international laws and regulations, such as money laundering, fraud, illegal financial activities, etc.
Regulatory Issues: Failure to comply with the financial regulatory requirements of the country or region in which the ambassador is located, causing BiyaPay to face legal or regulatory risks.
User complaints
User Feedback: Receiving complaints or negative feedback from users involving inappropriate behavior or false advertising by promotion ambassadors.
Service Quality: Failure to provide good customer service or support, resulting in a poor user experience with BiyaPay.
Termination of partnership
Termination of Agreement: According to the cooperation agreement signed by both parties, if BiyaPay decides to terminate the cooperation relationship or the ambassador violates the terms of the agreement, it may result in the cancellation of the promotion ambassador status.
Voluntary withdrawal: The promotion ambassador decides to withdraw from the promotion plan and actively applies to cancel the ambassador status.
