What to do if you forget to include the remittance note?

If you realize you forgot to fill in the remittance note after submitting the remittance order, you can handle it as follows:

1. Order status is [Under Review]: You can cancel the remittance order yourself, then refill the note and resubmit the remittance.
2. Order status is [Accepted] or [Additional Information Required]: Please contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to confirm whether the remittance can be canceled to add the note.
3. Order status is [Remitted]: At this point, cancellation or adding a note is not possible; the remittance will proceed as is.
