Announcement of BiyaPay's support for BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network upgrade and suspension of related deposit and withdrawal services

Dear BiyaPay users:

In order to support the network upgrade and hard fork of BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), ensure stable platform operation and user asset security during the upgrade period, BiyaPay will suspend the recharge and withdrawal services of BEP20 network during the following period.

Please make asset arrangements in advance to avoid being affected.

Suspension arrangements

From 13:30 on December 16, 2025 (UTC + 8):

• Due to the adaptation update, the recharge and withdrawal of BEP20 is suspended, and it is expected to last about 1 hour.
• It will be automatically restored after completion.

From 10:00 on January 14, 2026 (UTC + 8):

• Due to network upgrade, BEP20 recharge and withdrawal will be suspended again.
• The network will be restored as soon as it stabilizes, and no further announcement will be made after the restoration.

Kind reminder

• If you have a need to top up or withdraw recently, please be sure to complete it before pausing, or choose another network supported by the platform for operation.
• BEP20 network recharge or withdrawal initiated during the upgrade window may experience delayed arrival or failure. Please avoid the operation.
• During the network upgrade, on-chain fluctuations may increase. Please control operational risks reasonably.

Disclaimer

The upgrade of the on-chain network has technical uncertainties. During this period, the arrival time may be affected by node synchronization, on-chain congestion, or upgrade delays.
