Announcement of BiyaPay's removal of MKR token trading service

Dear BiyaPay users:

In order to continuously optimize the platform’s trading services, BiyaPay will permanently remove the trading function of the following spot tokens at a designated time. Users must handle relevant assets in advance to avoid losses.

Delisting tokens and service termination arrangements

Stop trading time:

• September 7, 2025 18:00 (Hong Kong time, UTC + 8)

Affected token spot trading pairs:

• MKR/USD

Termination of service rules

1. The trading function has been completely stopped.

• MKR will permanently stop spot trading services starting from 18:00 on September 7, 2025 (UTC + 8).
• Before stopping trading (before 18:00): Users can still place orders, cancel orders, and trade MKR.
• When trading is stopped (exactly 18:00): All outstanding orders will be automatically cancelled by the system, and no buying or selling operations can be carried out thereafter.

2. The termination of related services will take effect synchronously.

• Starting from 18:00 on September 7th, 2025 (UTC + 8), MKR’s recharge, withdrawal, and flash exchange functions will be synchronously closed.
• Important reminder: After closure, the platform no longer supports MKR transfer in and out.

User emergency operation guide

• Users holding MKR:
  • ⚠️ please sell all your tokens through the trading page before 18:00 on September 7, 2025 (UTC + 8), or
  • ⚠️ transfer tokens to other wallets/exchanges that support MKR through the [Wallet-Withdrawal] function.
• Users who have not completed the operation:
  • MKR will remain in the account, but cannot be traded, recharged, or withdrawn, and there is no guarantee that the service will be reopened in the future.

This removal belongs to the normal business adjustment of BiyaPay platform. There is a risk of zero digital assets, and BiyaPay is not responsible for any asset freeze or loss caused by users’ failure to operate in a timely manner. The final interpretation right belongs to the platform.
