To improve system stability and your overall experience, BiyaPay will carry out a series of system upgrades. Some services may experience temporary disruptions during this period. Please review the schedule below and plan your activities accordingly.
Upgrade Schedule
All times below are in Singapore Time (UTC+8):
1.From now until November 5, 2026, at 04:00 System upgrades will be rolled out progressively. Services may experience intermittent instability or brief interruptions.
2.November 5, 2026, from 04:00 to 06:00 A concentrated system upgrade will take place. Services may be interrupted during this period.
Throughout these upgrade periods, deposits, withdrawals, and other functions may be temporarily unavailable, and funds may take slightly longer to arrive.
The upgrade is expected to be completed by 06:00 on November 5, 2026. Affected services will resume once the upgrade is complete. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated promptly through our official channels.
Important Reminders
Please allow sufficient time for deposits and withdrawals, and plan your trading and funding needs in advance.
If you experience page loading issues, delayed transaction status updates, or delays in receiving funds during the upgrade, please do not be alarmed, as these issues may be related to the upgrade.
