- Protect private information : The official customer service only provides user authentication, information supplementation and business consultation services, and will never ask for your account, password, verification code or operate the account on behalf of you.
- Prevent fraud : If someone impersonates BiyaPay customer service to request your account or asset information for transfer, or conduct private transactions, this is a fraud, please be vigilant immediately and verify through official channels.
