Remittance Function

You can fill in invoice number, order number, contract number, remittance purpose and other information, and modify it directly on the remittance page.

Usually arrives on the same working day, may take 1-3 working days.

After submitting remittance, after 9 am Singapore working time, it is expected to accept the remittance within 8 hours.

Check on the flash exchange page, exchange rates for different currencies and times may vary.

Cannot be modified if remitted, can cancel and refill if not remitted.

Yes, there are discounts. The higher the single amount, the lower the handling fee, as low as 0.5%. See fee details link.

If the information is not submitted, bank remittances will usually not be approved and may be rejected, delayed or the account frozen.

Can cancel and modify yourself during review, contact customer service if accepted/supplementary information, cannot modify if remitted.

You can view the reason for order cancellation in the message center or registered email.

You can cancel the remittance order and refill, or delete the receiving account and rebind.
