In the case of a remittance being returned, the bank will charge a certain handling fee, which usually ranges from a few dollars to tens of dollars per transaction. Therefore, we will record the actual amount returned to the account.

You can submit remittance orders on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, but the bank does not process remittances on weekends and holidays, and the bank will process the remittance on the next business day at the latest.

There are usually no fees for sending money in local currencies, but fees may be charged for cross-border currency transfers or by certain banks (e.g. Wise). To ensure that you receive a certain amount, it is advisable to send money in your home currency

After the export, the message center and your registered email address will receive a notification. Please pay attention to your app message center and registered email address.

Click [Order] on the [Remittance] page to view your historical remittance records and remittance receipts.

The funds will be refunded to your BiyaPay account.

You can view the remittance records and download the remittance vouchers by clicking on the record icon in the upper right corner of the [Remittance] page.
