After submitting the remittance, please wait for the bank to process it. Singapore's working hours are after 9 a.m. and the remittance is expected to be processed and sent within 8 hours.

After you submit the remittance, we will process your order as soon as possible and it will basically arrive on the same day (working day).

You can remit a confirmed amount. On the [Remittance] page, enter the remittance amount. The amount displayed in the actual remittance is the confirmed amount we will remit to you.

Determined amount can be remitted.

There are usually no fees for sending money in local currencies, but fees may be charged for cross-border currency transfers or by certain banks (e.g. Wise). To ensure that you receive a certain amount, it is advisable to send money in your home currency

After the export, the message center and your registered email address will receive a notification. Please pay attention to your app message center and registered email address.

Both the app message center and your registered email address will receive notifications.

Click [Order] on the [Remittance] page to view your historical remittance records and remittance receipts.

You can view the remittance records and download the remittance vouchers by clicking on the record icon in the upper right corner of the [Remittance] page.
