Universal Solar Technology, Inc was incorporated in Nevada on July 24,2007. It is currently being re-positioned as a holding company with focus on mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. With a cash, stock or combination approach, Universal Solar Technology intends to build its portfolio to include companies that are both domestic and international. Having yet to identify a preferred industry focus, Universal Solar Technology, Inc. will look for opportunities in industries such as oil and gas both production and service, finance, renewable energy, manufacturing, high technology, and communications. While this list is not exhaustive it will allow us to capitalize on our current management skill set allowing for more efficient growth.
