On January 17, 2014, the Company changed its reporting jurisdiction from the Yukon to British Columbia. The Company is in the business of acquiring, exploring, and evaluating mineral resource properties in Argentina. The Company is a reporting issuer in the Canadian Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario. The Company's Common Shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MFM.
