We were originally a Texas corporation with the name of G2 Ventures, Inc. incorporated on March 21, 2003. On October 1, 2010, Dynamic Elite International Limited, a British Virgin Islands limited liability company, Tianjin Junhe Management Consulting Co., Ltd., a PRC incorporated company, and its operating entities, namely Tianjin Joway Shengshi Group Co., Ltd., Shenyang Joway Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Joway Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Oriental Shengtang Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd., four PRC companies became our wholly-owned subsidiaries. In December 2010, we changed our jurisdiction of incorporation from the State of Texas to the State of Nevada and changed our name to Joway Health Industries Group Inc.
