Starting April, 2015, the Company has entered into the "Drones" business. North American Drones has agreed to grant Golden star, the exclusive manufacturing, distribution and marketing rights for their NAD Product Line. Drones (also known as Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles (UAV)), most commonly associated with military applications, are increasingly developing civil applications. Recent advances in technology, and a concurrent drop in production costs have changed the market for drones and the services they can provide. On April 27, 2015, Golden Star entered into an agreement with a Wee-Cig International Corporation, a Company with Directors in common, whereby Golden Star assigned its proprietary rights to its "Vapor Spirit" high quality alcohol vaporizers to Wee-Cig International Corporation in exchange for 450,000 post-split restricted common shares of Wee-Cig International Corporation. Golden Star now holds a 30% interest in Wee-Cig International Corporation (OTCPK:WCIG). On March 20, 2017, Company has signed an Agreement with Dantas Enterprises Ltd. to buy its business known as WeeCare Wholesale Ltd. and all the assets thereof.. WeeCare Wholesale Limited is working to develop an online and offline warehouse that would provide a wide selection of legal cannabis products and accessories. The Agreement calls for $1,500 USD and the issuance of 2,500,000 restricted shares of Golden Star Enterprises Ltd. to complete the acquisition, which has been completed.
