You can view the order status on the remittance record page, including 6 statuses: under review, accepted, rejected, supplementary information, cancelled, and remitted.

Usually arrives on the same working day, may take 1-3 working days.

Why did I receive an email saying the remittance is completed, but the funds have not arrived?
It means it has been submitted to the bank for remittance, the bank is processing it, and it will basically arrive on the same working day.

Why does my remittance take so long and has not arrived after more than three working days?
May be delayed due to cross-border remittance, bank processing time, fund review, information errors, etc.

Can I remit on weekends and legal holidays?
You can submit remittance orders, but banks do not process remittances on weekends and holidays, and will process them at the latest on the next working day.
