Click on the avatar in the upper right corner of the official website, select [Identity Authentication], and authenticate your [ID Card] or [Passport].

Click on the profile picture in the upper right corner of the app homepage, select "Identity Authentication", authenticate your ID card or passport, upload a clear and correct angle ID photo according to the prompts, and finally perform facial recognition

A natural person can only authenticate one BiyaPay account and cannot have multiple accounts.

If the facial recognition with BiyaPay does not pass, you can try the following steps to solve the problem.

Level 2 authentication, commonly known as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), is a security measure designed to provide stricter account security protection than traditional usernames and passwords.

Click the avatar in the upper right corner of the official website, in the [Security Center], click [Bind Biya Authenticator], and follow the prompts to bind.

Binding secondary verification requires three steps. First, download the Biya validator, then obtain the verification code, and finally bind the validator to complete it.
