Universal Solar Technology, Inc was incorporated in Nevada on July 24,2007. It is currently being re-positioned as a holding company with focus on mergers, acquisitions and partnerships. With a cash, stock or combination approach, Universal Solar Technology intends to build its portfolio to include companies that are both domestic and international.
