In January 2017, the company cleared Stage 5 (Security Clearance) with Health Canada and are in stage 6 now. The company expects the first phase (27,200 sq. ft) of the new facility is to be ready by fall of 2018. By then, Health Canada will grant Maple Leaf a license at the same time. 2. California - The Company owns 20 acres of land and has 2 greenhouses since September 2016. The company is still waiting for San Diego County to be legalize for Cannibus cultivation. 3. Nevada - The Company has acquired a cultivation permit for a 20,000 sq ft facility from an existing licensee and has commenced construction of a facility on the 4 acre land owned by the Company in the city of Henderson, 15 miles from Las Vegas.
