Delta Galil Industries Ltd. (Delta Galil) is a global manufacturer and marketer of branded and private label apparel products for men, women and children. Since its inception in 1975, the Company has continually strived to create products that follow a body-before-fabric philosophy, placing equal emphasis on comfort, aesthetics and quality. Delta Galil develops innovative seamless apparel including bras, shapewear and socks; intimate apparel for women; extensive lines of underwear for men; babywear, activewear, sleepwear, and leisurewear. In addition, following the purchase of the V.F. Corporation Contemporary Brand Coalition division, the Company also engages in development, design, marketing, distribution and sales of labelled products from the denim and outerwear category and associated womens products. The Company sells its products to retailers including Wal-Mart, Amazon, Nordstrom, Kohl's, Costco, Macy's, Marks & Spencer and Target, as well as to leading fashion brands such as Calvin Klein, Nike and Victoria's Secret. In addition, it sells its products under brand names licensed to the company, including: Wilson, Maidenform, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Avia and others. Delta Galil has its retail and wholesale business in Germany/Western Europe under the brand Schiesser and in Israel under the brand names Delta and Fix. In July 2018, Delta completed the acquisition of French group Eminence, which sells mainly branded underwear and leisurewear in France and Italy.
