China conch venture holdings limited("conch venture"€) was established on Cayman Islands in June,2013,and successfully listed on the main board of Hong Kong stock exchange(stock code:00586.HK), which includes 5 departments such as general management ,human resource ,financial ,audit and strategy planning. Conch venture set a wholly-owned company named Anhui conch venture new energy-saving building materials company limited("anhui NEBM"€). And it is indirectly holding those companies such as Anhui conch kawasaki energy conservation equipments manufacturing company limited("CK equipments"€), Anhui conch kawasaki engineering company limited("CK engineering"€), Yangzhou haichang port industrial company limited("YZ port"€) through Wuhu conch venture industrial company limited("wuhu conch") which is owned by anhui NEBM, as well 49% equity of Anhui conch group ,the biggest shareholder of conch cement and conch profile(both of them are listed companies). The business of conch venture has currently covered waste heat power generation, municipal waste incineration, new type of green energy-saving building materials and logistics etc. In order to take full advantage of conch group's superior resources in anhui province, and to respond the invitation from Wuhu municipal party committee, government and Bozhou municipal party committee, government, company invested to establish two companies , namely anhui NEBM and Bozhou conch venture new energy-saving building materials company limited ("bozhou NEBM"€) respectively in Wuhu jiangbei industrial concentration area and Bowu morden industrial park. Company engages in constructing new energy-saving materials industrial park, to manufacture and sell wood wool cement board("WWCB"), cellulose fiber cement sheets-autoclaved("CCA"). Those products are distinctively fireproof and waterproof, without any volatile organic compound or asbestos. They are widely used for buildings covering materials overseas, and the market space here in china is broad. CK engineering and CK equipments are cooperating with kawasaki heavy industries which is one of the world's top five hundred enterprises, therefore mastering advanced energy-saving and environmental protection technology. Nowadays their products such as waste heat power generation, municipal waste incineration, energy-saving vertical mill and energy-efficient preheater have already come into being industrialization development. With 13 patented technologies, company is the earliest user and domestic originator of cement waste heat power generation technology. At present it has 130 constructed and constructing low temperature waste heat generator suits, involves 197 cement production lines. With 1641MW capacity , it can generate 12.5 billion kwh electricity per year, which means every year we can save about 4.5 million tons standard coals, meanwhile reduce the emission of carbon dioxide 11 million tons. It has solved puzzles in urban and rural development by researching and developing the municipal waste incineration via cement kiln system independently . In 2010, the world first municipal waste incineration via cement kiln system( demonstration project with disposing 600 tons per day) was built in Tongling conch cement company. It can dispose about 0.2 million tons municipal waste per year, meanwhile save 13000 tons standard coals and reduce 30000 tons carbon dioxide emission. In 2012, municipal waste incineration via cement kiln system in Guiding city, Guizhou province was also put into production, solved the problems such as landfill of municipal waste, land occupation, environmental contamination. It has better effect of energy-saving and emission reduction comparing with the traditional modes, and receives the remarkable social benefits as well. Besides, YZ port owns and operates Jiangdu port which locates along the shore of Yangtze river. With three berths ( all of them can stop cargo ships with capacity of 50000 tons ) , YZ port has well-equipped facilities, and the distance between Yangtze river marine outfall and itself is 200 kilometers, As the last transshipment port between sea and river along Yangtze river, YZ port mainly provides bulk cargo transshipment service for conch cement and power station nearby.
