Common Risk Transaction Definitions

1、Chargeback: Consumed but forcibly requiring the platform or merchant to withdraw the transaction, high-risk transaction, may freeze the card.

2、Refund: Consumed but applying for return or service refund due to dissatisfaction, medium-risk transaction.

3、Chargeback: Consumed but refusing to pay (such as insufficient balance or unilateral refusal to pay), low-risk transaction.

Risk Control Rules

1、Transaction Failure Rate Limit:

If transaction failures exceed 15% within 30 days, the card will be frozen.

If transaction failures or verification rates exceed 30%, risk control will be triggered and the card will be frozen.

2、Unfreezing Conditions: Each unfreezing requires payment of 1 USD handling fee + 0.2 USD/transaction penalty.
