BiyaPay Perpetual Contract Trading Function Officially Launched

The perpetual contract trading function of the BiyaPay platform has been officially launched on March 10, 2025!

A perpetual contract is a contract product settled in digital assets, allowing investors to either buy long or sell short in order to profit from the price increase or decrease of digital assets. These contracts do not have an expiration date, meaning they never expire.

[Contract Trading Rules]

1.Contract Type

BiyaPay’s perpetual contracts are USDT contract types. USDT contracts are digital currency contracts settled in USDT. Each contract represents a certain amount of digital currency (for example, BTCUSDT contract represents 0.01 BTC per contract). Users can use USDT as margin and trade different underlying contracts.

2.Trading Pairs

Supported trading pairs include BTC, TRUMP, 1000PEPE, ETH, LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE, TRX, BNB, and more, with USDT margin perpetual contracts.

3.Trading Methods

Users can choose "long" or "short" based on market expectations.

• Long: If you expect the asset price to rise, you can buy contracts to profit from the price increase.
• Short: If you expect the asset price to fall, you can sell contracts and buy back at a lower price to profit.

[Margin Types]

1. USDT Margin Contracts

USDT margin contracts require the use of the stablecoin USDT as collateral. As long as there is USDT in the account, users can trade contracts for multiple cryptocurrencies, and the profits and losses are settled in USDT.

2. Margin Models

BiyaPay offers two types of margin systems: Cross Margin and Isolated Margin.

• In Cross Margin mode, all available funds in the user’s account are treated as available margin. USDT margin contract calculation: Initial margin = Quantity * Mark Price / Leverage, the initial margin changes as the price of the traded asset fluctuates.
• In Isolated Margin mode, each position is calculated separately, and profits and losses do not affect other positions. USDT margin contract calculation: Opening margin = Quantity * Opening Price / Leverage, the initial margin remains fixed.

3. Relationship Between Margin and Leverage

Leverage is a common financial trading system, i.e., the margin system. “Leverage” amplifies both the investment amount and the associated risks and potential returns.

In Cross Margin, for example, when a user opens a long or short position with a certain quantity, the initial margin = Position Value / Chosen Leverage

For example:

If the current BTC price is 100,000 USDT/BTC and the user wants to use 10x leverage to open a long position for 1 BTC equivalent perpetual contract:

Initial margin = Quantity * BTC Price / Leverage = 1 * 100,000 / 10 = 10,000 USDT

[How to Trade Perpetual Contracts?]

1. Enter the asset page, select the contract feature, transfer funds, and enter the quantity.
2. You can choose a contract in two convenient ways:

• Directly go to the trading page, click on the contract feature and select the cryptocurrency pair you want to trade.
• Go to the market page, click on the contract feature in the popular section, and select the cryptocurrency pair you want to trade.

1. In the contract trading page, choose the buy/sell or open/close mode.
2. Select Cross Margin or Isolated Margin. Fill in the order information, and perform the buy long or sell short operation.
3. After completing the trade, you can view your order information in real-time, set stop-loss or take-profit, or close the position.
