How to cancel the remittance?

After submitting the remittance order, if you want to cancel the remittance, you can check the status of the remittance order. If the order status is “under review”, you can cancel the remittance by yourself in the remittance record. If the order status is “accepted” and “supplementary information”, you can contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to see if you can cancel the remittance. If the order status is “remitted”, you cannot cancel the remittance.
