What if I forget the remittance advice?

If you find that you forgot to fill in the Remittance Preamble after submitting the remittance order, you can follow the steps below to deal with the problem:

1.The order status is [Under Review]: You can cancel the remittance order by yourself, and then fill in the message again and submit the remittance.

2.Order status is [Accepted] or [Additional Information]: Please contact BiyaPay customer service as soon as possible to confirm whether you can cancel the remittance and add a message.

3.The order status is [Dispatched]: you cannot cancel or add a message at this time, and the remittance will continue.
