1.Bullish options (Call Options) refer to the right of the buyer of an option to buy a certain amount of a specific commodity specified in the option contract from the seller at a pre-agreed price within the valid period of the option contract after paying a certain amount of premium to the seller of the option, but without the obligation to buy it. The seller of the option has the obligation to sell the specific commodity specified in the option contract at the price specified in the option contract at the request of the buyer within the valid period specified in the option contract.

2.Put options refer to the right of the buyer of an option to sell a certain amount of the specific commodity specified in the option contract to the seller at a pre-agreed price within the valid period of the option contract after paying a certain amount of premium to the seller of the option, but without the obligation to sell. The seller of the option has the obligation to buy the specific commodity specified in the option contract at the price specified in the option contract at the request of the buyer within the valid period specified in the option contract.

(2)According to the settlement time of the option, there are two types: American Style Option and European Style Option.
