How long is my data stored?

As we are a regulated Financial Institution, BiyaPay is obligated to store some of your personal and transaction data for a long period of time, and we are required to retain the data for more than 10 years in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Only a few employees can see this data, and they only view it when absolutely necessary. We always delete information that is no longer needed. Everything we need to keep is protected by the highest level of security.
