Announcement of BiyaPay's removal of ACX, IDEX, ORCA, THETA, XKAI, and other token trading services

Dear BiyaPay users:

In order to continuously optimize the platform’s trading services, BiyaPay will permanently remove the trading function of the following spot tokens at a designated time. Users must handle relevant assets in advance to avoid losses.

Delisting tokens and service termination arrangements

Stop trading time:

June 6, 2025 11:00 (Hong Kong time, UTC + 8)

Affected token spot trading pairs:

• ACX/USD
• IDEX/USD
• ORCA/USD
• THETA/USD
• XKAI/USD

Termination of service rules

1. The trading function has been completely stopped.
   1. The above ACX, IDEX, ORCA, THETA, and XKAI tokens will permanently stop spot trading services starting from 11:00 (UTC + 8) on June 6, 2025.
   2. Before stopping trading (before 11:00): Users can still place orders, cancel orders, and trade related tokens.
   3. When trading is stopped (11:00 sharp): All outstanding orders will be automatically cancelled by the system, and no buying or selling operations can be carried out thereafter.
2. Termination of deposit and withdrawal service takes effect synchronously.
   1. After the token trading function is closed, the recharge and withdrawal functions of ACX, IDEX, ORCA, THETA, and XKAI will be synchronously closed.
   2. Important reminder: After the closure, the platform no longer supports the transfer of these tokens.

User emergency operation guide

• Users holding the above tokens:
  • ⚠️ must sell all tokens (market/limit orders) through the trading page by 11:00 UTC + 8 on June 6, 2025, or
  • ⚠️ withdraw tokens to other supported wallets/exchanges via the Wallet-Withdrawal feature.
• Users who have not completed the operation:
  • Tokens will remain in the account, but cannot be traded, recharged, or withdrawn, and there is no guarantee that the service will be reopened in the future.

Disclaimer

This removal belongs to the normal business adjustment of BiyaPay platform. There is a risk of zero digital assets, and BiyaPay is not responsible for any asset freeze or loss caused by users’ failure to operate in a timely manner. The final interpretation right belongs to the platform.
