BiyaPay Announcement on Supporting Ethereum Network Upgrade and Suspending Related Network Deposit a

Dear BiyaPay users:

In order to support the upgrade and hard fork of the Ethereum (ETH) network, ensure the safety of user assets and platform stability during the upgrade period, BiyaPay will suspend token recharge and withdrawal services for some networks during the following period. Please make asset arrangements in advance to avoid affecting your trading experience.

Network upgrade and service adjustment arrangements

Upgrade support time:

May 7, 2025 18:05 (Hong Kong time, UTC + 8)

Suspension of deposit and withdrawal service time:

May 7, 2025 17:45 (Hong Kong time, UTC + 8)

Note: The service suspension time is 15 minutes before the network upgrade.

Affected networks and tokens:

• ETH
• Arbitrum（ARB）
• Optimism（OP）
• Polygon（POL）
• Worldcoin（WLD）

Service adjustment rules

1.Withdrawal service suspended:

The recharge and withdrawal functions of the above network tokens will be suspended at 17:45 on May 7, 2025 (Hong Kong time). Recharge and withdrawal requests submitted during this period will be postponed until the network stabilizes.

2.Trading functions are not affected:

Spot, leverage, and contract trading can proceed normally on the platform. Please arrange your trading strategy reasonably.

3.Service recovery instructions:

The deposit and withdrawal service will be automatically restored after the Ethereum network upgrade is completed. The specific time is subject to the platform announcement, and no additional operation is required for users.

User operation guide

• Recharge users: Please make sure to complete the recharge before the pause time to avoid assets not arriving in time due to network delays.
• Withdrawal users: It is recommended to process withdrawal requests in advance. Withdrawal requests will not be submitted during the suspension period.
• Trading users: During the upgrade period, market volatility may intensify. Please manage your positioning carefully and pay attention to risks.
