  • Verify official customer service information: Please carefully check and confirm that you are contacting BiyaPay’s official customer service.
  • Private information security: Official customer service will only answer questions about user authentication, information supplementation, and business consultation, and will never ask for your account number, password, verification code, or any private information, nor will they operate your account on your behalf.
  • Prevent fraud: If anyone impersonates BiyaPay customer service and requests your account or asset information, please be alert immediately. This behavior is likely to be fraud.
