Notice on the adjustment of BiyaPay stock and option trading fees

Dear BiyaPay users :

In order to further enhance User Experience, enhance transaction transparency, and bring more benefits to users, BiyaPay has adjusted some transaction fees. This adjustment mainly involves US stock and US stock option products, and has appropriately lowered some fee standards, aiming to provide users with a more competitive fee structure.

The key points of this adjustment are as follows:

1. Optimization of US stock fee structure :

• Online trading commission has been lowered. The new commission standard has been lowered from $0.0045/share to $0.0039/share, and the fee limit of “transaction amount × 0.5%” continues to be maintained, effectively reducing users’ costs in high-frequency trading scenarios.
• Online trading platform fees have been reduced. The platform fee has been adjusted from $0.005/share to $0.004/share, with a minimum fee of $1 per order and a fee ceiling of “transaction amount × 0.5%” to ensure service quality while reducing user cost burdens.

2. Optimization of US stock option fee structure :

• Other exchanges have more flexible fees. Although the new version still charges based on the difference in transaction volume, the fee during the event period will be 0, which provides users with greater flexibility and discount space.
